Coach Casey Dill is our West Coast Guapos National Recruiting Advisor. With our national partnership with SportsForce Baseball, our athletes and their families across the country are able to gain great knowledge regarding the recruiting process.
Casey is currently the Manager of the Palm Springs Power and Director of Baseball Operations for the Palm Springs Collegiate League. He also is the assistant Coach for California Junior College Baseball power house College of The Desert.
He’s worked as a Field Manager in professional and summer collegiate baseball consecutively since 2004, earning an overall record of 478-232, six championships and over 300 players sign to play professionally.
He is an Associate Scout with the Atlanta Braves and Scouting Supervisor for the Southern Illinois Miners of the independent professional Frontier League. He is a graduate of Major League Baseball Scout School and is MLB Scouting Bureau certified.
He has coached at the collegiately at California State University Chico (NCAA D2), New Mexico Highlands University (NCAA D2) and Harris-Stowe State University (NAIA). Casey has a n Associates Degree in Business Management from Butte Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Columbia College.
